Beatitude House Transitional Housing features professional staff, including case managers, child advocates and counselors, to assist women in developing their own goals for education, employment, housing, custody issues, personal growth and much more. Our Transitional Housing program is designed to empower women — giving them the skills and self-esteem they need to break the cycle of poverty.
To be eligible, a woman must be homeless according to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) definition.As defined by the United States Code (Title 42, Chapter 119, 1), the term “homeless,” “homeless individual” or “homeless person” includes:
