Service sucks around here. One bar if we are lucky. 4G to internet won't work. If WiFi goes down, we have no access to the internet and very limited access to cell service. Seems like cell service signal is getting worse. Just hope we don't need to call 911 when Fios is down!

I been getting poor an weak signal in carver mass its horrendous hear at south meadow village I keep loosening internet signal only good for a hour or less than I have too wait for it to come back up again it sucks big time

I don't have any reception problems and I've had 5 different phones with T-Mobile. Also, traveling around the city and other towns I don't have reception issues. A suggestion if you have Comcast internet service, hook up to the Wi-Fi as they have so many hotspots that if your cell carrier has bad reception use the Wi-Fi aspect of your internet service.

Extremely poor reception. Lots of dropped calls. Must run upstairs and stand by window. Very frustrating with no help from Verizon.

All these mobile providers suck unless you live in a large metropolitan area like Boston and Providance. They take our high monthly payments to use that money to keep the metro areas all up to date with great reception and leave the smaller communities with outdated equipment and service. A law should be past where these providers have to refund each month to users so much money when their service drops to one bar or no bars at all. This should put a tire to their pants to start investing in smaller communities.

Terrible reception in the house. Make all calls in backyard in the summertime. Call reception better on second floor. Very poor overall.

Awful reception... one or no bars most of the time and occasionally 2 bars. It's hard to believe they haven't put a tower in after 20 years of poor reception. I'd switch but others in my office with competitor providers have the same issue.

T mobile was good when I first got them 2 years ago. Now they are terrible. I can't use my phone at home. If I have reception it is so poor that people can't hear me. and its not just happening here. There is no reception in most of Tiverton. I have problems in Fall River. I travel to Florida a lot and I have been having problems there also. I called T mobile they said they are updating their towers and they don't know how long it will be.

Extremely poor reception by AT&T here. Texts take s while. Calls fail in progress, pictures totally fail. Don't count on AT&T reception here!
