CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) - A Citadel cadet is facing a DUI charge after a deadly collision involving a pedestrian, Charleston Police say. According to officials, around 10:20 p.m. On Sunday, an adult pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in front of 685 King Street.
